Refund policy

Flag Match sells Remove Ads Forever, a $2.99 one-time digital purchase that permanently removes ads from FlagMatch after payment is completed and verified, and Flag Match Premium, a recurring subscription for advanced training features.

Because Remove Ads Forever is a digital product that grants access immediately after verification, purchases are generally final once ad-free access has been granted.

Premium renews monthly or yearly based on the plan you choose. You may contact support to cancel or manage billing. If you cancel Premium, access generally continues through the current paid period unless Paddle, applicable law, or payment-network rules require a different outcome.

If you purchased by mistake, were charged more than once, cannot access your paid entitlement, or believe something went wrong with checkout, contact us at [email protected]. We will review the issue and help restore access or consider a refund when required by applicable law or payment-network rules.

Paddle is the merchant of record and payment processor for Flag Match purchases. Approved refunds may be processed by Paddle back to the original payment method.
